Wow. What a disgrace! This is not a reflection on our hardworking township employees...they do a great job. This is a lack of thought and leadership, resting squarely on the shoulders of the Township Committee. These tennis courts are a recreation resource laid to waste. Tennis is an activity for all ages...boys & girls...young & old. To allow ANY public space to fall into such disrepair is unacceptable.

Soon these courts could be ripped down and the excuse will probably be that they weren't used (just like how we lost our Youth Center downtown). Is it any wonder people aren't playing tennis here??? The way it is now -- like with SO many other things -- if you want to play tennis you have to go to Stafford.

We're not asking for something to be built. This is an existing recreational resource that just needs to be cleaned up, repaired and maintained. Then it would be used by all township residents.

It wouldn't take much for a small amount of leadership to step up and do something positive for our residents.
