Our Gang Players & the Holiday Inn of Manahawkin on Rt. 72 proudly present "A Star Spangled Evening - A Celebration of American Music". Two shows will be offered -- Wed., June 27th and Sunday July 1st. Joseph Faraldi, Director of the upcoming presentations explained "This event features 15 members of "Our Gang Players" in a celebration of American Music, from Broadway, to selections of songs made famous by "The Rat Pack", and folksongs as well." Faraldi went on to say the evening will conclude with a rousing Patriotic Medley in which the audience will join along.

The Songs:
The music featured is from all genres of American music -- Swing, Rodgers, Hart & Hammerstein, Folk, Stephan Schwartz, Sondheim/Bernstein, the 30's, Rat Pack, Chorus Line, & Patriotic. The songs are classics everyone loves -- here's just a sample; "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy", "Wash That Man", "Blue Skies", "Blowin' in the Wind", "What is This Feeling", "New York, New York", "Everybody Loves Somebody", "Somewhere Over The Rainbow", "Don't Get Around Much Anymore", "Lady Is a Tramp", "What I Did For Love", "Where Have All the Flowers Gone", "This Land Is Your Land", "I'm a Yankee Doodle Dandy", and so many more.

The Dinner:
Tickets include the show and a delicious dinner with your choice of Prime Rib, Chicken Marsala or Flounder Francaise, salad, vegetable, potato, rolls, butter and dessert with coffee or tea. A cash bar is available.
